We accept refunds up to 30 days of when your order was delivered.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it which includes the original product packaging (not the box/envelope it was shipped in).
If you receive an item that is damaged and/or defective and occurs within 30 days of delivery we will ship you a replacement at no cost to you. No refund will be issued for defective items only a replacement will be shipped.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirmation to notify you that we received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, a refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days.
If we cannot identify your return because there is no order confirmation we will not be able to process your return.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. We will provide you with a return label and the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
